Badges will not be mailed in advance of SLAS Europe 2026. Each registrant will receive an email on 18 May that contains a QR code to scan onsite to print their badge. Each individual must pick up their own badge and provide photo ID.
Badge Sharing: Sharing of registration badges is not permitted at any time before or during the event. Badges are issued to, can be picked up and used only by the Attendee named in the registration record confirmed by SLAS. Sharing of badges against this policy will result in removal from the event, loss of current and future registration and exhibitor privileges.
BADGE REPRINT: A non-refundable €250 fee will be charged for the replacement of lost, forgotten, or stolen badges. Replacements of damaged or incorrect badges will not be charged a reprint fee when the damaged or incorrect badge is surrendered at registration. A valid photo ID must be presented to obtain a reprinted badge.
