During the online registration process, you will have the option to request a Visa Letter of Invitation. You must first register — paying any applicable registration fees – before you can request a letter of invitation. You will receive the letter via email 48-72 hours after you complete and pay for your registration and complete the letter request form. In order to request a Visa Letter of Invitation, you will be required to submit the following information:
- Passport Expiration Date (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Passport Country of Issue
- Name as it Appears on Your Passport
SLAS recommends that all Letter requests be made as early as possible due to the current Visa application processing schedule.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED A VISA INVITATION LETTER FROM SLAS, YOUR REGISTRATION FEE (AND ANY ADD-ONS) IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
NOTE: If you are a citizen of one of the following countries, you do not require a Visa for stays shorter than 90 days:
EU, Switzerland, European Economic Area, and the United States.
